The popular Bollywood actor Amit Sadh has shared the teaser of his upcoming documentary on his Instagram profile. The post has been shared with a caption stating, “Keep your inner sound on, because it’s time to chase your soul. India, my heart, my muse. Get ready to see her through my eyes, on two wheels, where the wind sings freedom and the mountains cradle dreams. A sneak peek into my upcoming documentary, where the journey goes beyond roads. Join me on a ride where the destination is the soul.”

This documentary of Sadh and his love for motorcycles was shot over 30 days, where he rode his bike from Mumbai to Leh. The actor covered a total distance of 5,288 km on his Triumph Tiger 1200 adventure motorcycle. Sadh has stated that this documentary has been shot to display his love and deep connection with motorcycles and what it means to ride these machines on open roads. He stated that he views motorcycles as more than just machines. Amit Sadh added that they’re liberators of the soul and guides to self-discovery, and it is this transformative experience that has inspired him to share his journey with others through his upcoming documentary.

Sharing the meaning behind the title of his new documentary, the actor shared, “Once I was shooting a film in London, and the contract said that I couldn’t ride a bike for the entirety of the shoot, so as soon as the film finished, I went to the nearest bike store and there I found a cap that said – Motorcycles Saved My Life – This phrase resonated so much with me, that I always thought I would make a film with this emotion.”

He also highlighted his love for motorcycles by adding, “When I decided to take my next ride, we decided to film it so that we can share the experience I have with people. Motorcycles, for me, beyond being machines, are liberators of the soul and guides to self-discovery. My hope is that this journey inspires others to find their path to fulfillment on the open road.”

This motorcycle starts at Rs 19.39 lakhs and goes up to Rs 21.99 lakhs, and it is imported into India through the completely built unit (CBU) route.

The Triumph Tiger 1200 comes powered by a 1,160cc inline-triple engine with a T-plane crankshaft. This engine produces a maximum power of 150 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 130 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. This powerful engine comes paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox with a slipper clutch as standard. The superbike, which sits in the ADV segment with rivals such as the Ducati Multistrada 1260, the BMW R 1250 GS, and the Harley Davidson Pan America. As for the other bikes in Amit Sadh’s collection, he owns a Triumph Tiger XRx 800, a Ducati Hypermotard, and a Ducati Multistrada 1260.
