It all happened on a public road causing restrictions to vehicular movement and stalling traffic. Others on the road also slowed down to check what is happening which further slowed down the traffic.

After the video became viral, police issued a challan of Rs 15,500 to the owner of the car for various reasons. A few of the reasons could have been restricting the traffic and also putting own life and the lives of others in danger. However, the cops have not clearly stated under which sections they have booked the lady.
In another instance, a lady from Adyodhya did something similar on Maruti Suzuki Dzire. The girl sat on the bonnet of the car while it was speeding through a single-lane highway. While we can see another girl peeping out of the window of the car. According to the information, the police even served them with a challan worth Rs 18,000.
