Featuring a 14-inch touchscreen display with WUXGA (1920×1200) resolution, the Chromebooks offer a 100% sRGB colour range. The display is surrounded by thin bezels and is protected by antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass, which is resistant to scratches, stains, and odour-causing bacteria. The optional USI stylus offers 4,096 pressure and tilt sensitivity levels, allowing for a natural and precise feel when sketching or note-taking on display in any of the four modes enabled by the 2-in-1 Chromebook’s 360-degree hinges.
The new range of Chromebooks is powered by up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, delivering up to a 10% performance improvement compared to the previous generation. These Chromebooks are built according to Intel Evo platform standards, ensuring responsive performance and up to 10 hours of battery life. In just 30 minutes of quick charging, the battery can provide up to four hours of use. Additionally, the Acer Chromebook Enterprise Spin 714 supports Intel vPro technology, providing enhanced manageability and security controls for businesses.
The latest Acer Chromebooks feature a QHD 2K webcam, which includes temporal noise reduction technology promising to give clear results even in low-light conditions, along with a physical shutter for privacy protection. The Chromebooks also boast dual microphones, dual upward-facing speakers with DTS Audio, and a built-in smart amplifier for high-quality, promising distortion-free sound with deeper bass.
These Chromebooks stay connected through Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 and offer a range of ports, including HDMI and Thunderbolt 4, for seamless connectivity with additional devices. The keyboard is backlit, and the touchpad is made of Corning Gorilla Glass.
