The 75-year-old British singer-songwriter-pianist added 11 final dates of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour including an Oct. 22 show at Vancouver’s B.C. Place where he’s already playing Oct. 21.

“This year will be my grand finale in North America, playing stadiums all around with the most spectacular production I’ve ever had,” said John on his social media accounts.

“Thank you for sharing this journey with me. I cherish these memories we’re making together.”

And, not surprisingly, the Foo Fighters have cancelled all upcoming tour dates, including a July 22 show at Toronto’s Rogers Centre, “in light of the staggering loss of our brother Taylor Hawkins,” as the band said in a statement.

“We’re sorry for and share in the disappointment that we won’t be seeing one another as planned. Instead, let’s take this time to grieve, to heal, to pull our loved ones close, and to appreciate all the music and memories we’ve made together.”
