As usual, the newest Fortnite season has kicked off with a collectible quest, requiring you to visit several locations to grab a set of items. This time around, you’ll need to collect chips as requested by Omni Blade. Collecting these chips will allow you to customize your Omni Sword’s blades, guards, colors, and even their sound effects. You’ll first need to grab the battle pass to gain access to this feature and claim the Omni Sword from the battle pass itself, but once you do, you’ll have access to all the customization options. But you’ll first need to get your hands on the chips hidden around the map. Keep in mind, Epic Games will continue to add more chips around the map as the season progresses, giving you access to the full list of Omni Sword options.

Omni Sword quest guide
Collect Omni Chips at Logjam Lumberyard (3)
- You’ll find one chip on the eastern side of Logjam Lumberyard, close to an enclosed area with stacks of wood sheets.
- Next, head north into the large building, where you’ll find the next chip behind the bounty board.
- The final one is found on the southwestern side, next to a stack of logs.
Collect Omni Chips at Greasy Grove (3)
- One chip is found within the crosswalk to the east of the taco restaurant.
- The next one is inside the taco restaurant in front of the cash register.
- You’ll find the last one on the southern side of Greasy Grove, under a small roof between two benches.
Collect Omni Chips at Mighty Monument (3)
- You’ll find one chip on the eastern side of the Mighty Monument island on the piece of land that protrudes to the right.
- Next, head to the dock on the western side and you’ll find the following chip.
- Lastly, make your way under the large rock formation on the north side where you’ll find a chip in the shallow water.
Collect Omni Chips at The Temple (3)
- There’s an Omni Chip at the northern end of this area at the top of a set of stairs.
- South of the previous location on top of a temple is the next one. Use the slanted walkway to reach the top.
- Then head west from the last spot and you’ll find the final Omni Chip at the top of another set of stairs.
Collect Omni Chips at Loot Lake (3)
- All of the Omni Chips in this area surround the small island in Loot Lake. Start on the east side and you’ll find one.
- Then, swim north to find another across from a dock.
- And the final one is on the west side of the island.
Collect Omni Chips at Chonker’s Speedway (3)
- Make your way to the starting point of the race area and you’ll see an Omni Chip under the first bridge to the east.
- From there, follow the main road around to the east and loop back until you reach a ramp that leads back to the west. Just before the ramp is the next Omni Chip.
- The last one is on the north side of this area. If you use your boost to jump the ramp from the previous location, you’ll end up right in front of the next Omni Chip.
Collect Omni Chips at Camp Cuddle (3)
- On the northern side of Camp Cuddle is a red bridge, and the first Omni Chip is right below it.
- Next, head south of the previous and you’ll come to a dock just west of the large island in this area, where you’ll find the next Omni Chip.
- The final one is on the south end, inside the large cabin with a green roof. The cabin is on a hill, and the Omni Chip is on the main floor in the southwestern corner.
Collect Omni Chips at Synapse Station (3)
- The first one is located on the eastern building, next to the body of water on a balcony outside.
- On the large walkway above a valve connected to the building south of the body of water is the next Omni Chip of this area.
- For the final one, head southeast to the large building and you’ll see the Omni Chip under the entrance.
Collect Omni Chips at Sanctuary (3)
- The first one is on the northern end of Sanctuary, within the courtyard area. It’s behind a small stand in the corner.
- You’ll find the following one close to the large building in the center of this area, on the eastern side, just on the second floor. It’s on the outside portion of this building.
- For the final one, make your way to the southernmost cluster of buildings, where you’ll find the Omni Chip under a small archway.
Collect Omni Chips at The Daily Bugle (3)
- You’ll find one Omni Chip on the roof of the main building in this area, just behind the Daily Bugle sign.
- Head east to the smaller building to the north and you’ll find the next one on the bottom floor between two bookshelves.
- The final Omni Chip is on the south side of this area. Take the zipline to the top of the tall rock formation and you’ll see the Omni Chip there.
Collect Omni Chips at Condo Canyon (3)
- Starting on the western side, the first Omni Chip is located on a rock in the courtyard between two palm trees.
- From there, head east, and you’ll come to a building with a parking sign on it, along with the Omni Chip in front of a vending machine.
- For the final one, make your way to the southeastern side of this area to a pool. The Omni Chip is on a small island next to a palm tree inside the pool.
Collect Omni Chips at Windbreakers (3)
- From the southeastern side of the island, look for the long zipline that leads up. All three of the Omni Chips are along this zipline, so start at the bottom and follow it to grab the first one.
- Then the next.
- And then the final one will be at the very top. Easy!
Collect Omni Chips at Rocky Reels (3)
- You’ll find one Omni Chip in front of the building with the waffle on top, on the northeastern side of this area.
- Another one is located on top of the projector screen on the west side. Climb the steps to reach it.
- The final one is south of the previous, inside the arcade.
Collect Omni Chips at Launchpad (3)
- Launch Pad is the large island among the cluster on the east side of the map. The first one can be found on the southern side, on the second floor of the building atop a ledge. Climb the steps inside to reach it.
- On the north end of the island, you’ll find a set of buildings connected by a walkway. The Omni Chip is just beneath it.
- Finally, head to the southwestern corner of the map, and you’ll find the last one of this area in front of a large tree. It’s next to a chest.
Collect Omni Chips at Shifty Shafts (3)
- The first Omni Chip can be found on the northern end of Shifty Shafts on the broken track, just before it drops down to a cart.
- To the south, on the eastern side is the next Omni Chip, inside the mine itself, under a set of stairs.
- Head west from the previous one, and you’ll find the last Omni Chip on top of the track at a junction.
