Experts say this could fall in the coming quarters as most companies have started mandatorily calling people to office to increase connectedness and reduce attrition while dealing with the concerns over moonlighting.

The 6-lakh plus TCSers had clocked 48.3 million learning hours while Infosys reported 3.3 million training days for the last fiscal.

The companies have clocked marginal improvements In terms of women as a percentage of workforce, except Infosys. But it is important to note that female employee attrition has reached a high of 30-40% in recent months, compared to the standard sector attrition levels of around 15%.
