Kerala Businessman Boby Chemmanur’s Massive Ford F650 Super Truck and Marketing Strategy Revealed

A few days ago, we came across a couple of images where a Ford F650 super truck was parked next to a Mahindra XUV700. The truck is so huge that even an SUV like the XUV700 looked tiny in front of it. More images and videos of the massive Ford F650 truck have now surfaced online. In the previous article, we had mentioned that we didn’t have information related to the owner of the SUV. The new videos that are surfacing online have cleared that doubt. The super truck actually belongs to Kerala businessman Boby Chemmanur. Here, we have a new video where Boby is seen dancing on the roof of his massive F650 truck.

The video has been shared by malluselfiesofficial on their Instagram page. In this video, we see Boby Chemmanur standing on top of his recently imported Ford F650 super truck. The black-colored pickup truck bears Boby Chemmanur’s brand logo and stickers. According to the videos circulating online, the truck was brought to India by the businessman as part of a New Year party that he had organized in Kerala’s Wayanad.

The SUV is parked on his property in Wayanad, and Boby is actually standing on the roof of the truck and dancing. We can see people standing around the vehicle and watching him. Boby probably brought the car to India via Carnet for marketing purposes. He has done that before as well. The tea estate where the car is seen in the video was actually bought by Boby Chemmanur a few months ago. It is a 1000-acre tea plantation which he bought from the AVT group last year.

Coming back to the truck, the Ford F650 is one of the biggest trucks sold in the international market. Ford F-Series trucks are extremely popular, especially in the US, and have been the best-selling trucks in the country. This is a proper American truck that is huge in terms of dimensions and has massive road presence. As mentioned above, this is a super truck. It is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version of this pickup truck is powered by a 7.3-liter V8 engine that generates 350 PS and 635 Nm of torque. The diesel version of the truck uses a 6.7-liter V8 engine that generates 330 PS and 1015 Nm of peak torque. The truck is so tall that there are multiple step levels to get into the cabin. We are not sure whether the SUV seen here is the petrol or diesel variant.

This is not the only time Boby has included a vehicle in his marketing strategy. He owns a bus that is designed by DC. It is actually a jewelry showroom on wheels. He also owns a Golden colored Rolls Royce taxi. He bought a used Rolls Royce in an auction and got it completely wrapped in gold chrome. The car is actually registered as a commercial vehicle. The Rolls Royce Phantom VII taxi is used by his guests who book a package at his Oxygen resorts. We are not sure if the offer is still valid or not. In this package, the customers get about 300 km free ride in the Rolls Royce when they choose a 2 or 3 days-night stay at Oxygen resorts. Mr. Boby had said in an interview that he was not looking for profits, but his aim was to give his customers a premium experience.
