Lenovo Legion Go handheld gaming console listed on Indian website

Lenovo launched its first-ever handheld gaming device, the Legion Go, in September for global markets. With this device, the Chinese company intends to take on other rivals which include Asus ROG Ally, Steam Deck and Nintendo Switch. However, Lenovo didn’t bring the product to the Indian market where the Asus ROG Ally is the only handheld gaming console that is officially available. Now, the company is planning to launch the Legion Go handheld gaming console in India. Lenovo has already listed the product on its official Indian website and is expected to launch it soon in the country.

Lenovo Legion Go: Indian availability (rumoured)
A tipster took to X to upload a screenshot of a conversation (spotted by GizmoChina) that took place between Lenovo Legion India’s customer support and another X user on Instagram. In this conversation, the user enquired the brand about the availability of the Legion Go handheld gaming console in India. In reply, Lenovo’s customer support said that the “Legion Go laptop is expected to launch in March 2024” in India.

It is important to note that Lenovo’s customer support referred to Legion Go as a laptop. The report doesn’t clarify if it was a mistake on their part or if they were talking about a different product. However, it seems unlikely for Lenovo to launch different products with the same Legion Go moniker.
