Maruti Brezza modified with Nolita Grey paint scheme [Video]

Maruti Suzuki Brezza is one of the best selling compact SUVs in the Indian market. You would find many of them on our roads because of which people have decided to customize them according to their liking. What this does is make their Brezza stand out on the road. Here, is one which has been repainted in Nolita Grey paint scheme.

The video is uploaded on YouTube by Autorounders who also repaint the Brezza. The host says that the customer wants to change the looks of the compact SUV. So, the shop decided to change the paint to Nolita Grey which is usually found on Land Rovers.

Because of normal wear and tear, there were some scratches on the body panels. The shop first removed the bumpers, tail lamps and the headlamps of the compact SUV. The plastic bidding on the sides was also removed. Even the door panels, rearview mirrors and the rear spoiler was removed for the repaint process.

The minor scratches on the wheel arches were removed and the dent on the tailgate was also removed. Sanding was done for the whole car to remove all the minor scratches. Then the body was coated with primer and sanded again. All the openings were closed by a piece of paper or plastic so that the paint does not get inside.

Finally, the painting process was started. The lower half of the body was finished in Nolita Grey while the roof, outside rearview mirrors and the pillars were painted in black. This gives a floating roof effect to the compact SUV.

The grille, bonnet and bumpers were painted separately. Then a coat of wax was applied to give a glossy and shiny effect. The alloy wheels were painted black and the calipers were painted red for a sporty look.

The modification shop has also done a chrome delete on the compact SUV. So, the chrome slat and the faux skid plate are now finished in gloss black. Having said that, the Suzuki logo is still in chrome. The video does not reveal the cost of the repaint. The owner of the Brezza looks pretty happy with the outcome.

It is important to note that RTO or Regional Transport Office does not allow owners to change the colour of their vehicle. If they do something like this then they need to update their registration certificate or RC also. Moreover, if a traffic cop catches that the colour mentioned on RC does not match the colour of the car then he can fine the owner.
