- Processor: The handset is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 coupled with ARM Mali-G610 GPU.
- RAM and Storage: The iQOO Neo 7 will pack up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage that is further expandable.
- OS: The iQOO Neo 7 runs on Android 13-based OriginOS custom skin out of the box.
- Connectivity: Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, and NFC.
