PS Plus March 2024 free PS4 and PS5 games reveal – here’s when new games will be announced | Gaming | Entertainment

Fans will have to wait a little longer to find out the identity of the PlayStation Plus games for March 2024. A combination of PS4 and PS5 games, the next batch of PS Plus downloads will be revealed at 4.30pm GMT UK time on the afternoon of February 28. The games will be available to download and play less than a week later, making their debut on the morning of March 5. The only positive of having to wait another couple of weeks for the next batch of PlayStation Plus games is that you’ve got plenty of time to grab the current line-up.

The February 2024 line-up is headlined by colourful new Square Enix shooter Foamstars.

Featuring three multiplayer modes, plus a selection of single-player missions and lots of customisation, Foamstars is a brand new game exclusive to PS5.

“Introducing Foamstars, the new 4v4 online party shooter. Use foam to build terrain, creating slippery surfaces to surf around the arena at high speed, help defend from enemy attacks, or create vantage points to take out opponents from.

“Select from a quirky and colourful cast of athletes and compete across multiple game modes. Find out more about Foamstars from its creators here.”

Foamstars is joined by superb action game Rollerdrome, which is developed by OlliOlli studio Roll7.

“From the critically acclaimed studio, Roll7, comes a high octane third-person shooter experience like no other.

“In the brutal blood sport, Rollerdrome, gear up for visceral combat with fluid motion set in an evocative retrofuture.

“Dominate with style in this intense shooter-skater hybrid, where kills grant health and nailing tricks provide you with ammunition. Will you have what it takes to become the next Rollerdrome Champion?”

The third and final game is Soulslike action game Steel Rising, which is set in an alternate history Paris.

Daily Express will be back with its PS Plus predictions this weekend.
