Twitter has temporarily limited the number of posts for users to read on a daily basis. The micro-blogging site took steps to address data scraping, system manipulation. Verified accounts are now limited to read 6000 posts per day. Whereas, unverified accounts and new unverified accounts will be able to read 600, 300 posts. Meanwhile, Twitter users across countries faced issues accessing the micro-blogging site. It has been said that the users received “Cannot retrieve tweets” error message while attempting to see or post a tweet. Former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, in a tweet, said that it was difficult to run the microblogging platform. However, the stated outage was not experienced by many users worldwide.
