This new feature is based on a model from the University of Georgia, and it uses four factors: Activity, Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, and Sleep. All these features are considered to offer each user a Vitality Score, and it helps them get personalized health insights and know how ready they are for the next workout. It is accompanied by another feature called Booster Card that helps users make each day healthier by tracking their own goals. The Samsung Health app and Samsung’s compatible smart wearable devices will offer actionable insights into the users’ health.
