Tata Nexon owner completes 2 lakh km after doing 3 lakh km in Indica


Back in 2018, we told how Yash Verma, a Tata Indica V2 Turbo owner clocked 3 lakh km in the hatchback. Now, he has completed more than 2 lakh km in the Tata Nexon. He is probably the first owner to drive the Tata Nexon so much.

Yash Verma has sent us the details showing his Tata Nexon’s odometer rolling from 1,99,999 km to 2,00,000 km. Verma was one of the first buyers of the Tata Nexon when it was launched back in 2017. By 2018, the car had done 24,000 km. This is what Yash Verma said about Nexon in 2018,

We bought the Nexon last year and it has been driven for around 24,000 kilometres till date. The Nexon is mostly driven by the driver and me. We have done a 2,500-kilometre trip in it and usually cover around 300 kilometres on weekends. It returns a mileage of 21 km/l on the highway. The Nexon is a great product by TATA and is really comfortable to drive in. The performance is fabulous and the only issue we have is the servicing, which is better compared to earlier, but still needs to improve. I love both my gems.

Tata Nexon facelift to launch soon

Tata Motors is in the process of developing the updated version of its Nexon compact SUV. Recently, a test prototype of the forthcoming car was spotted on Indian roads. The overall profile of the Nexon facelift’s test prototype appears to be the same as that of the current model.

Although the interior of the updated Nexon is not visible in the spy shots available online, anticipate some noteworthy changes in the cabin as well. The new Nexon variant may come equipped with a revised fully-digital instrument cluster, a new steering wheel, and the latest 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system recently introduced in Harrier and Safari models.
