Transform Your Mahindra Scorpio N SUV with New Off-Road Bumpers by Prad 4×4

Mahindra Scorpio N is a popular choice among SUV owners in India. Being an SUV manufacturer, Mahindra kept the enthusiast community satisfied by offering 4×4 as an option in select variants. While we have seen several videos of the new Mahindra Scorpio N off-roading, one thing that prevented it from tackling extreme terrains was its bumper design. It was designed as a soft-roader, and that was evident in its performance. However, Prad 4×4, a Bengaluru-based off-road products manufacturer, has now launched a new set of bumpers for the Mahindra Scorpio N.

The images of their all-new Scorpio N bumpers have been shared by Prad 4×4 on their Facebook page. The images demonstrate how the all-new off-road bumpers completely transform the look and stance of the SUV. The post mentions that this new bumper is made of mild steel sheets and is built to conquer the harshest landscapes, from rocky trails to muddy swamps. Its robust construction and superior approach angle allow you to push the limits with confidence. It can withstand rain, sun, and blizzards, indicating that the bumper receives a rust-resistant coating for a longer lifespan.

Prad 4×4 has put a lot of effort and thought into designing this product. The metal bumpers, or the off-road bumpers, are designed in such a manner that they completely enhance the off-road capability of the vehicle without compromising on safety aspects. This is also a bolt-on kit, which means you do not have to make changes to the existing setup to install the new one. You just have to remove the stock bumper and install this metal bumper in its place.

As this is a bumper specifically made for the Scorpio N, there are provisions to fit the original LED DRLs and fog lamps into the metal bumper. We are not sure whether the airbags on this SUV would function after this installation. The off-road bumper for the Scorpio N comprises a bull bar on top and a metal cover or shield protecting the radiator and underbody of the SUV. In the pictures, we can see the stock fog lamps integrated into the new bumper. It seems there is also a provision to install a winch if needed at the front.

The new bumper definitely opens up a lot more space in the front and also improves the overall approach angle of the SUV. The Scorpio N seen here in the pictures is using a set of aftermarket alloy wheels that slightly protrude from the body line. The off-road spec tires, along with the wheels and the bumpers, give it a rugged look. Apart from the bumper, Prad has also developed a new side step or rock slider for the Scorpio N. This would once again be helpful while driving off-road. The images only show the front of the SUV. It seems they have left the rear bumpers on this Scorpio N stock, or they are still working on it. The bumper seen here in the images have been recently launched by Prad 4×4 at an introductory price of Rs 33,000. The rock slider or the side step you see here would cost you another Rs 19,840. Interested buyers can get in touch with Prad 4×4 on their Facebook page.
