  • Xiaomi 14 will be available on March 11th at 12 PM via mi.com, Xiaomi outlets, Mi Home stores, Amazon and Flipkart.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a large 6.73-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3200 x 1440 pixels resolution, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 3000 nits peak brightness. It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 coupled with an Adreno 750 GPU.

The chipset is paired with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It runs on Android 14-based HyperOS custom skin out of the box. In the photography department you get a 50MP Sony LYT900 main camera, a 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto zoom lens, a 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto zoom lens, and a 50MP ultrawide shooter. There’s a 32MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats. We also get a 5,300mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging support.
