Samsung BKC is spread across an 8,000 square feet area and is strategically located in the central business hub in Mumbai. More importantly, it is quite near to the first Apple Store in India, which was opened last year. Samsung is showcasing its complete portfolio of products at the Samsung BKC store, ranging from smartphones to home appliances. It is now open for customers, and they can pre-book their Galaxy S24 series phones at the store today. Customers can order their favorite Samsung product from the company’s website and pick it up at the Samsung BKC store within two hours.

The South Korean firm says that it has over 1,200 products to choose from at the Samsung BKC store. While most of the products are on display, others can be chosen from the company’s website and delivered to the customer’s doorstep. The store is divided into eight areas, each of which showcases a different lifestyle, and each of them uses the connected SmartThings ecosystem. Customers can truly experience the whole Samsung ecosystem of products and services and how they can be useful in their daily lives.

For example, the Hobby Room showcases Samsung’s Neo QLED TV connected to an Xbox and a 49-inch ultrawide OLED gaming monitor connected to a gaming PC. Other areas include Connected Kitchen, Home Atelier, Home Cafe, Home Office, Intelligent Closet, Mobile Zone, and Private Cinema. The company is looking to create a longing relationship with consumers, and it is focusing on younger and high-end audiences.

These sessions will include content creators, experts, and influencers. There is also a Creator’s Workshop at the Samsung BKC store where customers can customize their smartphone covers on their own using AI prompts. They can also attach their initials or crystals to accessories.

Samsung has a massive The Wall Micro LED TV at the center of its new store, and the Private Cinema area of the store showcases the 110-inch Micro LED 4K TV that features six HDMI 2.1 ports with eARC, two USB ports, and one optical port. It has 6.2.2-channel speakers with Dolby Atmos. The TV runs Tizen OS and has a peak brightness of around 4,000 nits. It costs around an eye-watering INR 1,150,000,000 (~$13,834,431).
