The after-sales executive told the customer that the display is not covered under its warranty. After the failed attempt to get it repaired, the user tried to contact Samsung via Twitter. This means that the customer is going to either have to just live with the issue, get another Galaxy Z Flip 4, or get another foldable from another company. That’s unfortunate, as this could lead to a lost customer for Samsung.
