0 100

Maruti launched the 2022 version of Ertiga in the market recently. The car got minor cosmetic changes and a new automatic transmission. The Ertiga is considered one of the most value for money product in the segment and that is one of the reason why it is a popular model among buyers from both private and commercial segment. Maruti does not offer a lot when it comes to features in Ertiga. To resolve this issue, there are several aftermarket accessories and custom shops in the market. Here we have a video where Maruti Ertiga is neatly modified both from outside and inside to look sporty.

The video has been uploaded by VIG AUTO ACCESSORIES on their YouTube channel. In this video, vlogger talks about the modifications that he and his team has done on the car. Starting with the front, the black bezel around the fog lamps on the Ertiga are finished in gloss black. The vlogger installed an aftermarket bumper kit which gives the car an aggressive look. There are Red inserts on this body kit. A set of LED DRLs are integrated into the body kit as well. The headlamps are smoked and they now get crystal type LED DRLs in them. The front grille remains the same as stock.

The colour of the LED DRLs can be changed using a mobile phone application. Coming to the side profile stock steel rims on the MUV have been replaced with 16 inch alloy wheels from XL6. The wheels look premium and enhance the overall look of the car. The car gets aftermarket side skirts as well. There is minimal use of chrome on the car. The car now gets a dual-tone finish. The door handles are also finished in black and so are the ORVMs. As we move to the rear, the stock tail lamps on Ertiga have been replaced with smoked XL6 tail lamps. An aftermarket spoiler has also been installed on the roof of it. The rear bumper also gets sporty looking kit with Red inserts.

Coming to the interior, the car gets several customisations. The plastic trims on the door get piano black finish and there are Persian Green coloured leather wrap on doors. The fabric seat covers are all replaced with custom made seat covers in Persian Green colour with White stitching. The steering wheel is finished in gloss black. The horn pad is wrapped in leather as well. The floor mats were also finished in similar shade. The plastic panels on the dashboard are also finished in gloss black and pillars are also wrapped in leather. The upper portion of the dashboard is also wrapped in Persian Green leather material.

An aftermarket touchscreen infotainment system was also installed in the car. The screen also shows feed from the reverse parking camera installed. The car also has ambient lights on doors and dashboard for a premium look. The car seen here is the manual version. Maruti Ertiga is available with a 1.5 litre petrol engine that generates 105 Ps and 136 Nm of peak torque. The same engine also comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
