Two new renders depicting the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G have popped up online. Supposedly, they’re official renders, but they only reveal the mid-range Galaxy A phones from the front. And they seemingly confirm our expectations regarding the overall design.

The Galaxy A34 5G has an Infinity-U display notch, whereas the Galaxy A54 5G has a more updated Infinity-O cutout. The frame colors are green and seemingly match the previous Galaxy A34 renders showcasing a rear view of the phone. (via @evleaks)

Unseen in these new leaked renders, the rear panels should accommodate three cameras resting inside individual circular cutouts. In that sense, the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G seem to borrow the basic design principle of the upcoming Galaxy S23 series — or the Galaxy S22 Ultra, for that matter.

Of course, the build quality will be somewhat “downscaled,” and it’s not like these two mid-range phones will share more with the Galaxy S23 flagship series aside from some simple aesthetics concerning the camera bumps. This is more of a unification of the design language in a more cohesive manner rather than an attempt from Samsung to cheapen the look of the flagship phones.

In terms of specifications, what we’re looking at in these leaked renders is likely a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen for the Galaxy A54 5G. The panel should have a refresh rate of 120Hz, and the selfie camera should come in at a resolution of 32MP. The Galaxy A34 5G could be equipped with a 6.5-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 13MP selfie shooter.
