Ahead of its launch, OnePlus confirmed the display specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Ace 2 via teasers on Weibo. The teaser suggests that the OnePlus 11R 5G will adopt a 6.74-inch OLED display with a 120Hz high refresh rate. The LTPS panel will allow a dynamic shift in refresh rates and will allow it to switch between 40Hz, 45Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz depending upon usage and the content that is being displayed. 

The new display will also boast of higher resolution than that seen on outgoing models. The OnePlus 11R 5G’s display will feature a 1.5K display resolution with 2,772 x 1,240 pixels. The display will support a 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut and offer high-frequency PWM Dimming. The panel is rated to glow up to 1,450 nits of peak brightness.

The OnePlus 11R 5G is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC and will be paired with 8GB or 16GB of RAM. The device will reportedly feature ‘RAM-Vita’ which is OnePlus’s new machine-learning AI-based dynamic RAM reallocation function. This is intended to boost system response time and stability and will allow smooth switching between heavy-duty apps. OnePlus 11R 5G will come equipped with 256GB of internal storage and will run on OxygenOS 13.1 skin based on Android 13. 

The OnePlus 11R 5G will get a Sony IMX890 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor. The front camera duties will be a 16MP shooter. A 5,000mAh battery under the hood will provide juice to the internals and will support 100W fast charging system.

The OnePlus 11R is making its way to the Indian market soon and is expected to bear a price of Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 for the 8GB RAM variant, while the higher-spec 16GB RAM variant will retail from Rs 40,000 to Rs 45,000.
