OnePlus 12 design officially revealed… in detail & all colors

0 41

OnePlus has just officially revealed the OnePlus 12 design… in detail. What do I mean by that? Well, OnePlus shared renders of the phone, giving us a look at the phone from all angles, actually. There’s really nothing left to hide at this point.

OnePlus shared a bunch of OnePlus 12 images, and thus officially revealed the phone’s design

In addition to those renders, some lifestyle images have been shared as well. You can check out all of those in separate galleries below the article. You’ll actually find three galleries down there. The first one shows regular renders, the second one different types of renders, and the third contains lifestyle images.

To make things even better, OnePlus shared the design of the phones in all three colors. So you can inspect each of the colors in detail. The phone actually does resemble its predecessor, quite a bit, but there are some differences.

Much like the OnePlus 11, the OnePlus 12 has a circular camera island on the back, which has another layer to it that is connected to the side frame of the phone. That camera island is once again placed in the top-left corner, and yes, it does protrude on the back.

The alert slider sits on the opposite side now

The alert slider is here, but it now sits in a different position. It’s placed on the left side, instead of the right. The device still has a curved display, though this time around it has a centered display camera hole.

The bezels around the display are quite thin, but they don’t seem to be uniform. The bottom bezel is once again slightly thicker than the rest of them, unfortunately. The phone is made out of metal and glass, as expected. Well, except for the black model, that one seems to have vegan leather on the back.

Three colors are coming, as confirmed and shown by OnePlus

Three colors are coming, the aforementioned black colors, the green one, and the white one. The green one actually has an interesting pattern on the back, that makes it look like ceramic almost. Their frame colors also differ based on color.

Now, OnePlus has also confirmed the exact launch time for the phone. It won’t launch on December 4, as initially thought. OnePlus did mention the OnePlus 12 for that date, which is the company’s anniversary, but the company did not specifically say it’ll launch there. So my suspicions were right.

The phone will launch on December 5 after all, not December 4

The device will launch on December 5, a day after the company’s anniversary. The OnePlus 12 will launch at 2:30 PM China time. That translates to 8:30 CET, 7:30 BST, 11:30 PM PST (December 4), and 2:30 AM EST. So it’s still technically launching on December 4 for parts of the US. Also, a teaser of the phone’s launch has also appeared, and it’s embedded below the galleries below.
