However, some of these multi-millionaires earn their money by cheating people and the government, and recently another such person was caught by the Income Tax Department. That person is named Shivam Mishra, who hails from a family that runs a company called Banshidhar Tobacco Company. The IT department has managed to seize a Rolls Royce Phantom, a McLaren 720S, a Ferrari 812 GTS, and a Lamborghini Urus luxury SUV. They also seized Rs 4.5 crore in cash as well.

As per the reports, the Income Tax Department of India raided the offices of Banshidhar Tobacco Company, which is a huge firm involved in supplying goods to various Pan Masala companies in India. It has been stated that multiple locations related to the company across India and foreign countries have been raided by the IT department. Some of the prominent locations of their raids included places like Delhi, Mumbai, Kanpur, and Gujarat. During these raids, Rs 50 crore worth of cars and Rs 4.5 crore cash were confiscated. It has been stated that the company reported an annual turnover of Rs 20-25 crore. However, in reality, it is around Rs 100-150 crore.

Which cars have been seized?

According to sources, a number of ultra-expensive luxury and sports cars have been confiscated from Shivam Mishra’s home in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. The main highlight of this raid was the Rs 16 crore Rolls Royce Phantom. It has been reported that along with the Phantom, all the other cars confiscated were adorned with custom registration numbers of “4018”. The Rolls Royce Phantom VIII of Shivam Mishra is finished in the shade of black. This sedan comes equipped with a massive 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that produces a maximum power of 563 Bhp and 900 Nm.

Ferrari 812 Superfast GTS

Apart from the Rolls Royce Phantom VIII, the IT department also seized a Ferrari 812 Superfast GTS. This is the hard-top convertible version of the Italian supercar manufacturer’s Gran Tourer. This extremely quick supercar comes equipped with a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine that makes a total of 788 bhp and 718 Nm of torque. All the power is sent to the rear wheels, and its motor comes mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Currently, the Ferrari 812 Superfast GTS is priced at Rs 6.6 crore on-road.

Mclaren 720s

In addition to these, a McLaren 720S finished in the Vermilion red color has also been confiscated. This supercar, which comes with beautiful butterfly doors, is currently priced at Rs 5.35 crore. The McLaren 720S comes powered by a powerful 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbocharged petrol engine, capable of producing a maximum power of 720 Ps and peak torque of 770 Nm. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Lamborghini Urus

Lastly, a Lamborghini Urus finished in black color has also been confiscated by the Income Tax Department. This super SUV from the Italian carmaker also comes equipped with a 4.0-twin-turbocharged petrol engine. This motor generates an impressive 650 PS and a peak torque of 850 Nm. This engine comes mated to an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission. Currently, the standard Lamborghini Urus is priced at Rs 3 crore.
