Samsung recently launched its latest premium Android tablet series — Galaxy Tab S9 at the Galaxy Unpacked event in South Korea. After the launch of the new tablets, the company has slashed the price of last year’s Samsung Galaxy Tab S8.

Samsung has reduced the price of the 128GB Wi-Fi variant of Galaxy Tab S8. The tablet has received a price cut of Rs 8,000 and the new price is reflected on the official website of Samsung.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 new price
Samsung launched the 128GB Wi-Fi variant of Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 at Rs 58,999. The Android tablet can now be purchased at Rs 50,999. The tablet comes in Graphite, Silver and Pink Gold colour options. Along with this, Samsung is also giving some offers to the buyers of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8. The customers can avail an instant discount of Rs 6,000 on HDFC Bank credit and debit cards. There’s also an option of no-cost EMI starting at Rs 4,226 per month. The company is also offering 10% cashback on Samsung Axis Bank credit card.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 sports an 11-inch WQXGA display with 2560×1600 pixel resolution. The device runs Android 12 operating system. The Android tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and features a dual rear camera with 13MP primary sensor and 6MP ultra-wide angle lens. Front is home to a 12MP camera for video calling. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 is backed by an 8000mAh battery.

Meanwhile, Samsung launched the new Galaxy Tab S9 series in India. The series comprises three tablets — Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The price of the Android tablets starts at Rs 85,999 and they are up for pre-order in the country.
