tredence: Data analytics firm Tredence picks up $175 million from Advent
Data analytics company Tredence has raised $175 million from Boston-based private equity firm Advent International. This is part of its Series B funding round.
Advent will pick up a minority stake in Tredence, the company said in a statement.
The deal values Tredence at about $500 million, founder and chief executive Shub Bhowmick told ET.
The capital infusion comes at a time when tech startups globally are facing a funding crunch.
