Samsung’s Dolby Atmos surround sound alternative coming this year
In November last year, Samsung announced that it had created a new 3D spatial audio technology called IAMF (Immersive Audio Model and Formats) in partnership with Google to challenge proprietary technologies like Dolby Atmos. Now, the Korean giant has confirmed that IAMF is coming to its TVs and audio products this year.
