Stray Dog Wouldn’t Leave Police Station Until He Got A Job

If you’ve ever had to look for a job, you’ve probably heard the classic boomer advice “Just take your CV to the place you want to work at and they’ll hire you”. Turns out, it can work sometimes. He should definitely share his success story on LinkedIn!More info: InstagramA scared and malnourished stray showed up at the local police stationShare iconImage credits: oliveira17bpmThe 17th…

Don’t Give A ‘Lift’ To Any Stray Dog That Climbs On Your Scooter In Goa: Here Is Why

On 22 February, we published a story about a stray dog in Goa, which approached a tourist. The dog hopped up on the scooter, and refused to leave, waiting for the tourist to start the scooter and ride away. Even though he was scared of dogs, he finally did it – and later brought the dog back to the same area from where he picked up the dog. The tourist, and many who saw the video of this event, said that it was very cute, the dog had adopted the tourist, and that the dog had wanderlust and so on. However, things are…

This Stray Dog From Goa Hitch Hikes On Tourists’ Bikes [Video]

The relationship between dogs and humans is seen as one of the most pure relations, and these creatures have proved their loyalty a million times. Now, sometimes it is also not necessary for a person to know a dog for a very long time before the dog starts trusting him. And recently, a prime example of this was showcased online. In this short video, a person visiting Goa shows how a dog came and sat on his friend’s scooter and hitchhiked his way through Goa before jumping on to another vehicle and continuing the…

Copycat carries on a rich trend of heartfelt games about stray cats

The internet sure does love a cat, as illustrated by games like Stray, and Copycat eagerly jumps on that bandwagon in its demo debut. Thankfully, that never feels gimmicky, and the Steam Next Fest sampling is packed with enough emotion to make the grumpiest grouch’s heart melt. Copycat illustrates a somber mix of both loss and belonging through Dawn, the cat, and Olive, an older lady who adopts her. Dawn isn’t receptive at all to her new home where even the ring of a telephone has the feline racing for cover. Before her…

BlueTwelve on crafting its feline platformer and real-life rescue inspirations

Originally released in 2022, Stray‘s tale of friendship and a search for home captivated the collective attention of the gaming world and the internet at large. Initially, that was all thanks to its biggest hook — playing as a cat. A nameless, adorable stray that had many charmed before it’d even launched. And, to my surprise, what originally sounded like a gimmick turned out to be one of the year’s most creative platformers. Refreshingly, Stray had proven me wrong. In Stray, you’re an orange tabby in an underground…
