6 year old kicked by Tata Tiago owner for leaning on his car; Arrested by police
In a shocking incident from Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala, police have arrested a man who kicked a child leaning on his Tata Tiago. The act was caught on a CCTV camera and it became viral on social media platforms. Kerala Police have now arrested the culprit identified as Shihsad and registered a case against him on various sections.

The accused Shihshad has been slapped with various sections including Sections 308 (attempt to culpable homicide), 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code. The information is given out by ACP Midhun Raj who also said that Section 308 is a non-bailable offence. The police have also seized the vehicle.

The incident happened on Thursday night at around 8 pm at Thalasserry. The car was parked in a no-parking zone. The six-year-old child identified as Ganesh sells balloons on the streets. When he saw the car parked, he leaned on the vehicle. Shishad, who was not present in the vehicle saw the child leaning on his Tata Tiago. He did not say a word to the child and kicked him straightaway. The boy was shocked to see the violent behaviour of the car owner.
Locals present around the incident quickly came to the rescue of the 6-year-old. However, after some argument, Shishad left the spot. The child sustained injuries to his back and was admitted to a local hospital. He is a child of migrant workers from Rajasthan.
Many prominent ministers and Child Rights chairman KV Manoj have responded to the incident. The police have finally nabbed the accused after the video clip became viral on social media.
