7 Mercedes G63 AMGs and 3 Range Rover Vogue SUVs [Video]

The Ambani car collection easily triumphs over any car collection in the country, simply because of the sheer number of multi-crore vehicles that they own. The family is known to have numerous Rolls Royces, Bentleys, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, and a ton of other ultra-luxurious brands in their stable. And apart from the vehicles that they themselves ride in, they also maintain a range of support vehicles in which their personal security guards travel. What is even more astonishing is that the police officers and other Z+ security personnel that have been allocated by the government also roll around in style in these uber-luxurious vehicles.

Recently a video uploaded by CS 12 VLOGS shows us a glimpse of the Ambani family’s one of the most expensive convoys. In the first part of the convoy, we can see four white Mercedes G63 AMGs riding around the city. Then just moments later, three additional white G-Wagons are seen. This brings the total of only Mercedes G-Wagons to 7. Moving forward in the video the youtuber also shows three Range Rover Vogues as well. Two of the Range Rovers were also equipped with police decals on sides along with sirens and lights on top of the vehicle. Each Mercedes Benz G63 AMG costs about Rs. 3 crore, and the Range Rover Vogue costs about Rs. 2.5 crore in Mumbai. So, just the security cars of the Ambanis cost about Rs. 30 crore.

Although not in the video the Ambanis also use several other SUVs like the BMW X5s, Land Rover Discovery 4s, MG Glosters, and Ford Endeavours in their convoys as well. Generally VIPs in the country have convoys comprising of considerable cheaper SUVs and MPVs like Scorpios, Boleros, and Innovas but Ambani’s being Ambani’s they roll around in convoys worth crores of Rupees. According to sources, this is also due to the fact that the members of the family drive fast supercars, sedans and SUVs and most other convoy cars won’t be able to keep up.

The Mercedes G63 AMGs in the video are some of the most expensive SUVs in the country as of now and not only in India but globally as well these SUVs have gained massive popularity. The G-Wagons are highly capable traditional ladder-frame chassis 4×4 SUVs. They are powered by a 4.0 litre V8 Biturbo petrol engines that generate a maximum power output of 576 bhp and a maximum torque production of 850 Nm. All four wheels receive the energy through an automated gearbox that is connected to it.

Apart from the G63 AMG, currently the G-Class is also available in a diesel variant – the G350d. It comes with a 6-cylinder diesel engine that produces 281 bhp of max power and 600 Nm of peak torque. It is also mated to an automatic transmission. The G350d is priced at Rs. 1.64 Crores ex-showroom. Jimmy Shergill, Sara Ali Khan, Hardik Pandeya, Akhil Akkineni, Ranbir Kapoor, Anant Ambani, Pawan Kalyan, Dulquer Salmaan, and Asif Ali are a few well-known G-Wagen owners in India.

As for the Range Rover Vogues in the video, they come powered by a 3.0-liter V6 turbocharged diesel engine that churns out a maximum power of 335 Bhp and 740 Nm of peak torque.  A 4.4-liter turbocharged V8 diesel engine is also available; it has a maximum output of 335 Bhp and 740 Nm of torque. Additionally a  3.0 litre supercharged V6 engine with 335 horsepower and 450 Nm powers the petrol variants. And lastly a  5.0-liter Supercharged V8 engine that produces a maximum of 518 bhp and 625 nm powers the top-of-the-line SVR model. The 8-speed automatic transmission is standard with all of the engines.
