A Google engineer finally came out and told the community that the company is aware of the issue. A fix is coming for the Pixel 7 Pro’s scrolling issue, but it might be a bit of a wait. In the post, the engineer said that it’s going to come with the next feature drop.
This means that there won’t be an impromptu OTA to fix the issue. Instead, Pixel 7 Pro users will need to wait until March.
While the Pixel 7 Pro has this issue, the phone’s launch was much better than the Pixel 6’s launch. If you remember, these phones launched with Android 12 out of the box. Android 12 was a massive departure from the Android versions that came before. Thus, there were some serious growing pains.
