Actor Ram Kapoor’s latest ride is a Ferrari Portofino M [video

Actor Ram Kapoor who, is known for his roles in many TV series and movies. The actor is a car enthusiast and he recently bought a brand new Ferrari Portofino M sports car. This is not his first sports car and now a new video of the actor with his new Ferrari has surfaced online. Portofino is the most affordable model from Ferrari and the Portofino M is actually a more powerful and reingineered version of the same.

The video has been uploaded by VEE12 on their YouTube channel. In this video, the actor can be seen next to his new Ferrari Portofino M sports car. The M stands for Modificata which is how Ferrari designates its models with performance improvements. It is different from the regular Portofino and comes with exterior and performance upgrades. The actor has opted for Ferrari’s signature Red colour.

Starting with the exterior, the Ferrari Portofino M is slightly redesigned on the outside when compared to the regular version. The bumper is redesigned in a manner to look more aggressive and sporty. It is a grand touring sports car that has several new and it gets interesting features too. Ferrari is also offering the full five-position manettino dial. This is something that is normally seen in more expensive model. The three-mode version is the regular Portofino has been replaced. Other than this the car also gets optional features like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) and ventilated and heated seats.

As mentioned above, the Portofino M is more powerful than the standard variant. The Portofino M is also powered by a 3.9 litre, twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine. It produces 620 PS of maximum power which is 20 Ps more than the regular version. The engine is mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. The engine is Euro 6 compatible and the exhaust has also been redesigned in a manner that it does not affect the engine sound. As this is a sports car, the 0-100 kmph time does matter. It can do the sprint in just 3.45 seconds and can touch 200 kmph mark from standstill in just 9.8 seconds.

This sports car comes with a convertible hard top and the same can be seen in the video too. Although, Portofino is called the entry level Ferrari, that does not mean it is not expensive. The Portofino M variant is priced at Rs 4.04 crore, ex-showroom. If you opt for extras or customisations, the price would go up even more.
