Human artists have become quite fearful of the dominance of AI art generators. They claim that the new breed of art could eventually take over their jobs. Various applications like Stable Diffusion and Midjourney has created a frenzy on the internet as more and more social media users are witnessing the marvels that this software can yield, the more confusion and debates are emerging in the market. However, there are still some artists who are celebrating the advancement of artificial intelligence. Quite recently, a new viral artificial intelligence trend has taken over Instagram and other social media. AI reimagined and recreated famous footballers in a bright new light. An artist named Paul Parsons posted the generated artworks on his Instagram account and captioned them as “Young Football Players. Who’s your favorite?”

The footballers included Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Harry Kane, Gareth Bale, Kevin De Bruyne, Mohamed Salah, Antoine Griezmann, and Robert Lewandowski, in their childhood avatars. Instagram fanatics loved the artist’s work and were thrilled to see their favorite sports stars as toddlers!

Besides this, another Turkey-based artist also used this technology to bring celebrities back from the dead. Photographer and lawyer Alper Yesiltas also used AI to reimagine technology to imagine what celebrities including Princess Diana, John Lennon, Health Ledger, and Michael Jackson, would look like if they were still alive.

It is quite needless to mention that AI-generated art has become quite popular on the internet. AI artists are winning art competitions and heavily dominating the creative industry.  Due to this popularity, there have emerged several applications and tools that will allow users to create such pictures by simply entering a text or phrase.
