Rolls Royce Cullinan has become one of the quickest-selling cars from the British luxury brand. While many celebrities have already got their hands on the new Rolls Royce, many others are definitely planning to get the luxurious Cullinan into their garage. Ajay Devgn became one of the first owners of the Rolls Royce Cullinan in the Indian market. Alia Bhatt, who also owns several high-end vehicles herself was quite inquisitive about the Cullinan and she started checking out Ajay Devgn’s car at an event. Here are the visuals.

The video shows Alia Bhatt walking with Ajay Devgn and talking to him. She crossed her own Range Rover to check out Ajay’s car. She did not get inside the Cullinan though. She saw the red cabin of the car while Ajay held the door for her. As soon as she was done, Ajay pushed the button on the door of the Cullinan to shut it close automatically. She was even heard saying “what a lovely colour.”

Alia then walked to her own car – the Land Rover Range Rover and got inside the car to leave from the spot. Is she really impressed? Well, we should get to know about it when she upgrades the Range Rover.

But she loves to keep cars for a long period of time and used her previous car – an Audi Q7 for several years before finally upgrading to the Land Rover Range Rover Vogue.

Rolls Royce Cullinan

The Cullinan is Rolls Royce’s first attempt at making an SUV and currently sits between the Ghost and Phantom VIII. It is also the first-ever Rolls Royce to feature an all-wheel-drive system. The Rolls Royce Cullinan was unveiled for the first time at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in 2018 and is manufactured at Rolls Royce’s manufacturing facility in Goodwood, UK for the whole world.

Inspired by Phantom VIII in design, the Rolls Royce Cullinan gets conventional doors at the front and coach doors at the rear. On the inside, the Cullinan is currently the only model from Rolls Royce to get a glass partition between the passenger compartment and luggage compartment. Another unique trait of the Rolls Royce Cullinan is a couple of leather camping seats deployable from the luggage compartment. These seats are known as “cocktail suites”.

Powering the Rolls Royce Cullinan is a 6.75-litre twin-turbocharged V12 petrol engine, which produces 571 PS of maximum power and 850 Nm of maximum torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission and catapults the Cullinan to a top speed of 250 km/h.

The Rolls Royce Cullinan shares its “architecture of luxury” platform with the Phantom VIII and gets a suspension combination of a double-wishbone axle at the front and a 5-link axle at the rear. This suspension unit is assisted by a self-levelling air suspension system and electronically controlled dampers at both the front and rear. The SUV also gets a four-wheel steering system as standard.
