The company is pushing these updates right around the time when the handheld gaming console is turning six months old.
The latest update for ACSE bumps the app’s version to 1.4.5, whereas, the new firmware for the microcontroller unit carries version 316. While the update for ACSE brings a ton of new features to the device, three big additions should put a smile on the faces of the owners.

With that, people can now use the built-in gyroscope to play games on the device, which opens up a whole new world of possibilities.
