Watching any car in a neglected condition can break the heart of an enthusiast. Even more so, it is a sports car or a vehicle from a luxury brand. While there are numerous sports car brands across the world, Lamborghini definitely holds a special place in the hearts of enthusiasts. Here is an abandoned Lamborghini Murcielago that once belonged to the veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan. The iconic sports car is slowly rotting away in a junkyard of a workshop.

The images by rip_car show the Lamborghini Murcielago, which was once owned by superstar Amitabh Bachchan in a very sad state. The actor sold the vehicle and it met with an accident in Delhi when the car was with its new owner. The completely damaged Lamborghini Murcielago was spotted outside a workshop.

While it can be repaired, finding parts of a vehicle which has been discontinued years ago sure is a big task. Finding spare parts in India where there are only a few units of the vehicle is even more difficult. So the owner must have left it as is. Repairing such vehicles can cost a lot, especially if the vehicle has been discontinued. Even if the owner can afford the repair bill, sourcing the parts can become a massive task.

The Murcielago you see here is not the only Lamborghini that Mr Bachchan has owned to date. In a tweet he posted a few years ago, he said that he has owned Lamborghinis like Gallardo, Diablo and even the iconic Countach outside India. In the tweet, he added that he sold all of these supercars as he was not having space and time to drive them. Bachchan also owned the Lamborghini’s first-ever SUV – the LM200 in London as well. However, there are no pictures of the car available on the Internet.
