It was stated that upon signaling him to stop, Mukund encountered a frightening situation. What happened was that his car struggled to halt due to the worn-out condition of its tires. Finally, after narrowly avoiding a crash with a two-wheeler, Mukund’s vehicle finally came to a stop, nearly 200 meters from the inspection site.
