Courteney Cox Reveals Getting Facial Fillers Is Her Biggest Beauty Regret

The ‘Friends’ star Courteney Cox regrets getting facial fillers. The 58 year old actress recently opened up at ‘Gloss Angeles Beauty Podcast’ about how how she felt pressured to appear younger in order to adhere to society’s standards.

“It’s a domino effect,” she told podcast hosts Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan. “You don’t realize that you look a little off, so then you keep doing more, ‘cause you look normal to yourself. You look in the mirror and go, ‘That looks good.’ You think, and you don’t realize, what it looks like to the outside person. I think I messed up a lot, and now, luckily, I can … I was able to reverse most of that. Now, I’m actually just older,” she said.

Courteney went on to call fillers her biggest beauty regret, reflecting, “I look at pictures of me from when I thought I looked okay, and I can’t believe it.”

The actress ultimately opted to have the filler removed or dissolved and said, “Thank God they’re removable.”

This isn’t the first time Courteney has been open about fillers or other past beauty treatments. Back in 2017, she had admitted that she gained a new sense of confidence after getting her fillers dissolved.

On the acting front, Courteney will be seen reprising her role as former video journalist Gale Weathers in horror-slasher Scream VI, which released in theatres on March 10. She is the only actor to have appeared in every single Scream film.
