The daughter of David Bonderman, a billionaire businessman and co-founder of the Seattle Kraken hockey team, has put her Wash Park home on the market for $6 million.

Samantha Holloway listed her 8,300-square-foot home at 1001 S. High St. at the end of July.

Holloway was appointed chair of the executive committee of Seattle Hockey Partners, the group that guides the strategic direction of the Kraken, in March this year. Her father co-founded the team in 2018 and is a majority owner.

Bonderman, who has a net worth of $6.8 billion, is the founding partner of San Francisco-based TPG Capital, a private equity giant that managed $80 billion in assets, according to Forbes. TPG Capital went public in January, and Bonderman and co-founder Jim Coulter handed over the reins to Jon Winkelried, former co-president of Goldman Sachs, in March.

In addition to the Seattle Kraken, Bonderman, 79, is a minority owner of the NBA’s Boston Celtics. He’s had the likes of The Rolling Stones, John Mellencamp, Robin Williams and Paul McCartney perform at his birthday parties, according to previous news coverage.

Holloway, one of Bonderman’s five children, is also the co-founder and managing partner of Hat Labs, a Denver-based startup studio that develops software products. She also serves as co-founder and managing partner of boutique private investment company 2nd & Fillmore and owns a minority stake in the Kraken.
