DC2 is a recognisable name among people who like to customise their cars. We all can agree that DC does a great job when it comes to interior customisations. We have several examples of DC modified Toyota Innovas in India with a lounge like cabin and features. Sadly, we cannot say the same when it comes to exterior. We have seen many modified vehicles from DC Design that look very odd or weird. At times, the exterior is modified to such an extent that it does not even resemble with the original vehicle anymore. Here we have a DC2 modified Kia Carnival MPV with luxurious looking cabin and weird looking exterior.

The images for the same have been shared by DC2 Dilip Chhabria on their Facebook page. Kia Carnival as we know, is currently the flagship model from Kia in India and is huge MPV that is extremely spacious on the inside. DC2 decided to play with the spacious interior and make it more luxurious. We will start with the good part about this customisation the interior first. Kia Carnival comes with three row seats from factory. The two row seats for the rear passengers have been removed as part of the customisation.

The colour theme of the cabin has been completely changed. It now gets beige colour cabin which gives it an airy and premium look. There are wooden trims on the door and the side panels. The stock seats have been replaced with custom made recliners with individual armrests. Both the seats can be electrically reclined and adjusted as per the occupant’s comfort. The roof liner on this MPV has been redone. The second sunroof of the Carnival has been retained and the area around it now gets blue coloured ambient light, AC vents and cabin lights. The door handle to get inside the cabin gets leather wrap and chrome plating. There are foldable seats that are facing the people on the recliners.

There is a center console between the folding seats which has a tablet placed on it and also an integrated refrigerator. Just like many other customisations from DC, this Carnival also gets a partion between the driver cabin and there is a large LED screen placed on it. There is intercom to talk to driver in front. The flooring on this DC Kia Carnival is done in wood. Overall, the cabin is extremely luxurious.

Coming to the exterior, the front-end and the rear of the car has been completely modified. There is a thick ventilated strip running across the width of the car. The headlamp has been removed from where it was earlier. The front bumper has been modified and the inside the grille is a triple projector headlamp set up. There is a DC2 badge on the bonnet and the lower part of the bumper has been revised too. There are side skirts and coming to the rear, the stock tail lamp has been replaced with a custom made all LED unit which runs across the width of the car. The exterior looks are definitely polarising but, interior looks extremely beautiful.
