Max Edward Hartley, 19, a high school varsity lacrosse and football player from Cleveland, was arrested after being found at a nearby hotel allegedly breaking car windows.

The Saint Ignatius High School student has been charged with two counts of battery, four counts of criminal mischief, and abuse of an elderly or disabled adult, according to 7News Miami.

The news outlet said Allen provided a statement to police and indicated he wanted to prosecute.

A photographer with 7News confronted Hartley after he made bail, and asked why he would assault a person with one arm and if he knew that Allen was in the band. Hartley did not respond.
