Demi Lovato will release ‘Revamped’, a new album featuring rock versions of her hit songs, on 15th September 2023. To celebrate the news she has dropped ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ (Rock Version), featuring legendary guitarist Slash of Guns N’ Roses, known as one of the greatest guitarists of all time.

‘Sorry Not Sorry’ (Rock Version) brings an energetic twist to the original hit, with Warren ‘Oak’ Felder, Keith “Ten4” Sorrells, and Alex Nice handling the updated production. Slash’s razor-sharp guitar riffs and high-intensity solo add a powerful touch to the revamped song. The upcoming album ‘Revamped’ features 10 tracks with all-new vocals and production, giving a fresh perspective to Lovato’s career-defining songs. This re-recorded collection showcases her artistic growth and versatility, seamlessly transitioning her songs from pop to rock while maintaining her signature powerhouse vocals. Fans can pre-order the album.

Speaking about collaborating with Slash, Lovato expressed, “Slash is an iconic artist who I’ve been a fan of for years. It’s an absolute honor to have such a legend like him on the rock version of ‘Sorry Not Sorry’.” She further shared her excitement for ‘Revamped’, stating, “Creating this project has been incredibly fun and allowed me to express my passion for rock music in a new way, and I feel so much closer to my older music because of it. I can’t wait for everyone to hear more!”

Fans may recall Demi’s first foray into rock versions during her 2022 ‘HOLY FVCK’ Tour, where she performed some of the songs featured on ‘Revamped’. The tour featured Lovato’s all-female band, including Nita Strauss, a highly-admired rock guitarist. The critically acclaimed album “HOLY FVCK” saw Lovato return to her rock and pop-punk roots, earning her a 2023 GLAAD Media Award nomination for Outstanding Music Artist and debuting at #1 on three separate Billboard charts: Top Rock & Alternative Albums, Top Rock Albums, and Top Alternative Albums.
