Distracted Benelli TNT300 sportsbike rider crashes into barricade while overtaking a Hyundai Alcazar SUV: Live footage

0 42

The trend of young bikers performing stunts on public roads has, for some reason, become widespread, spreading like wildfire. Every day, we encounter several videos featuring bikers riding recklessly through busy or empty city roads, recording videos using their helmet cameras, and sharing them on social media platforms. They even share videos of accidents that happen due to their mistakes. Here, we have a video of a Benelli TNT 300 biker who was riding rashly on the road, crashing into a barricade while attempting to overtake a Hyundai Alcazar that suddenly changed lanes.

The video was shared by AV Suga on his YouTube channel. In this video, the vlogger is on a KTM RC 390 motorcycle, mentioning that it belongs to a friend and is mostly used for stunts. The motorcycle is slightly modified, missing the front windshield, with aftermarket changes to the ORVMs and underbelly exhaust. Additionally, the ABS on this bike was removed for stunting purposes. He and his friends set out for a morning ride with bikes like KTM, TVS Apache RR310, and Benelli TNT 300 in the group.

As they rode their bikes in the morning, there were fewer vehicles on the road, and the bikers took this opportunity to push their bikes to the limits. Some of these motorcycles had aftermarket exhausts that were extremely loud. The TNT rider started racing with the vlogger, riding recklessly, even with a pillion. Both were testing the top speed, and there were a couple of instances where the RC390 biker locked the wheels while applying brakes. Thankfully, he did not fall or lose control.

Biker crashes into barricade

However, the TNT 300 biker was not as fortunate. While racing with the RC 390 rider, the Benelli rider encountered a Hyundai Alcazar driver changing lanes without indicating. The Benelli rider had to apply brakes when the bike was at a speed of 150 kmph. Although the bike slowed down in time for the biker to overtake the Alcazar, the Benelli rider was furious with the SUV driver, diverting his attention from the road to confront the driver.

What the Benelli rider failed to realize was that the Alcazar driver changed lanes for a reason—there was a barricade placed in the middle of the road. The biker didn’t notice it and crashed into the barricade at a speed of around 50 kmph. The metal barricade bent, causing both the biker and pillion to fall onto the road. The SUV driver passed through the right lane. The motorcycle’s front mudguard was damaged, and the rider got bruises on his knee. Other than that, everything else was fine. The biker didn’t realize that his bike slowly moved from the right lane to the left, heading towards the barricade. Both the biker and the Alcazar driver were at fault here. The Alcazar driver should have slowed down and checked for traffic before changing lanes, ideally using turn signals. As for the biker, riding too fast and carelessly led to this crash. This is why one must always maintain a safe speed on public roads and choose private tracks of properties if you want to race or show off your riding skills or do stunts.
