Ditch your Samsung 4K TV and you’ll get a free Galaxy smartphone

Samsung has launched a mega money-saving deal which throws in a Galaxy smartphone entirely for free when taking delivery of the firm’s neat Freestyle projector. For a limited-time only the Galaxy A52 5G – which is worth £369 – is available for free with Samsung’s portable TV replacement. This pin-sharp projector lets you beam your content in Full HD and HDR onto any flat surface with screen sizes of up to 100inches available.

It’s also fully internet connected and comes pre-installed with apps such as Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video allowing you to watch endless boxsets and movies without the need for wires.

This easy-to-carry projector is priced at £699 on the Samsung website.

As long as you order Samsung’s The Freestyle projector from now until November 8 you’ll be able to claim a free Galaxy A52 5G handset.

Claims need to be made between 30 and 60 days after purchasing the projector so make sure you apply to get your free A52.

The A52 5G was released last year by Samsung and is one of the South Korean giant’s mid-range handsets.

It comes with a 6.5inch AMOLED display which will give you plenty of screen space to watch your favourite movies and boxsets.

Not only that, but the A52 5G’s display also supports 120Hz refresh rate – something the recently released (and more expensive) iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus doesn’t feature.

The A52 5G is also IP67 rated so it comes with water resistance, as well as a hefty 4,500mAh battery and is powered by the Snapdragon 750G processor.

The handset also comes with 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD slot, the trusty 3.5mm headphone jack and an under-screen fingerprint scanner.

One important thing to point out for anyone hoping for as long as support as possible is the A52 5G comes loaded with Android 11.

You will be able to upgrade to Android 13 though as the A52 5G will be getting four years of software support and three OS upgrades.

So you’ll be able to upgrade to Android 14 as well and receive security updates all the way through to 2025.
