I recently had the opportunity to interview for an Associate Professional position at DXC Technology, and I wanted to share my experience. The interview process consisted of Three stages, each designed to assess my skills, experience, and fit for the role. Here’s a breakdown of the interview process:

1: Resume shortlisting:

Since it was an on-campus opportunity so in the first round the resumes were shortlisted.

2. Online test:

The next round is an online test. This Test is of 100-minute administered on the Aspiring Minds (AMCAT) platform.

There is no negative marking in this round and switching between different topics is also not allowed. Note that this round is eliminative in nature and only those candidates who ace this round are interviewed for the job opening. Therefore, doing well in this round is extremely important. The difficulty of this online round ranges from easy to medium and anyone with an average IQ and a good grasp of Computer Science Fundamentals should be able to clear this round pretty easily.

3. Technical + HR Interview:

In this round both the technical and HR interview occurred together the questions were asked was easy based on OPPS concept basics of SQL and SQL commands and some of my friends were asked about the basic of computer networks and operating system but in my case it was not there.

  • After that, they started asking HR questions like:
  • How do you know about DXC technology?
  • What do you know about DXC technology?
  • Are you ready to relocate or not?
  • Are you comfortable working in shifts or not?
