Enshrouded – Where To Find The Farmer
Enshrouded often has your player roaming around on the go. Still, there are times when you just want to sit back and relax, cultivating the land that you call home. You’ll need assistance from a particular NPC for this mechanic. Here’s our guide on how to find the Farmer in Enshrouded.
How to find the Farmer in Enshrouded
You can find the Farmer by going to the Ancient Vault – Farmer landmark. It’s well north of the Springlands Ancient Spire fast travel point (as seen in the map image below):
How to reach the Ancient Vault – Farmer
We suggest clearing the Ancient Spire – Springlands so you can have access to the top of the tower. You should then have a clear view of the surrounding area. Next, with the Glider equipped, fly through the air and chart a course heading north.
Eventually, you’ll see the village of Ferndale, which is crawling with scavengers and warriors. We recommend avoiding this area for now since the enemies are likely to be several levels above you. Instead, just follow the path that leads to the ruins.

Ancient Vault – Farmer interior
To save the Farmer in Enshrouded, you need to complete the platforming challenges in the Ancient Vault. Here’s what you can expect:
- Go to the left upon entering the ruins, then do a couple of running jumps to get across the small room with lava.
- Time your movement across the narrow corridor that has several electrified orbs.
- Upon reaching the second floor, make sure you have maximum stamina. You must use the Grappling Hook to swing across not one, but two latches on the ceiling. Each grapple action depletes a lot of stamina, too, which means you risk falling back down to the first floor.
- The last part only has spike traps that protrude from the ground. Time your movement properly to reach the end.

Upon interacting with the glowing pod, you’ll release the Farmer in Enshrouded. Just like the Blacksmith that you saved earlier, you should spawn this NPC in your base via the Summoning Staff. You may also place the Farmer inside any shelter that you’ve already built to complete her side quest.
The Farmer herself has some nifty functions, including a means of creating Farm Soil and Seedbeds. With these, you’ll be able to grow plants and other fauna in your home base.
