Samsung has been continuously expanding its mid-range and budget smartphone portfolio with the introduction of multiple phones this year. After unveiling the Galaxy M13 4G last month globally, Samsung is expected to follow up the device with a 5G variant soon, this time for India.

Notably, the Galaxy M13 5G is rumored to be powered by a Dimensity 700 SoC and will rock a 50MP primary camera.

Galaxy M13 5G launch expected to take place soon

The Exynos 850 chipset powers the Galaxy M13 4G. However, the 5G model will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. The source also reveals a few other important specification details about the upcoming Galaxy M13 5G phone. As per GSMArena, the Galaxy M13 5G will come with a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a 269 PPI pixel density.

There will be a 5,000 mAh battery that will support 15W charging. The Galaxy M13 5G is also expected to come in two memory options, i.e., 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB. Moreover, it will also support virtual RAM expansion, thanks to the RAM Plus feature, and it will also sport a microSD card slot to further expand the storage to 1TB.

For selfies, the sources claim that the Galaxy M13 5G will have a 5MP shooter. The rear primary camera is speculated to be a 50MP shooter, which will be coupled with a 2MP unit. The Galaxy M13 5G will support 11 5G bands and will be offered in three colors, blue, brown, and green. On the software side, it will run Android 12-based One UI Core 4.1 out of the box. The Galaxy M13 5G is expected to be launched alongside the 4G model in India very soon.
