That means we aren’t seeing any upgrades in this area. The Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ are also limited to 8GB of RAM. The Galaxy S22 Ultra, meanwhile, comes with a 12GB RAM option as well. In all likelihood, Samsung will do the same with the Galaxy S23 Ultra. But those looking to buy one of the two lesser-specced models won’t have choices when it comes to the RAM amount.
