The stock Voice Recorder app can use AI to identify and tag up to ten people and convert their voices to text. This is great for anyone who attends lectures or a lot of meetings.
A similar feature is available on newer Pixel smartphones. However, it needs an active internet connection for transcription. The Galaxy S24 is said to feature on-device AI and the ability to transcribe or translate text and voice without an active internet connection. The phone will also be able to summarize text in apps like Samsung Notes. The Galaxy S24 reportedly also supports capturing images using 10x zoom in the Single Take mode.
The Galaxy S24 series is rumored to feature the Exynos 2400 or the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, depending on the model and the region.
