The update is rolling out widely across India, Australia, and Europe, including the UK. The new firmware build number for the phones in these regions is S92*BXXU1AXB5. Samsung is pushing an OTA (over the air) download file weighing over 746MB to the Ultra model. The update for the other two models should weigh similarly.
In the US, the Galaxy S24’s first update is available to both carrier-locked and unlocked units. The build numbers are S92*USQU1AXB7 and S92*U1UEU1AXB7, respectively. The file size varies depending on the device variant and model. It weighs 685MB for the carrier-locked Galaxy S24 Ultra and 677MB for the unlocked one.
Samsung should soon release the update to its latest flagships in the remaining few markets. If you are using a Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, or Galaxy S24 Ultra, watch out for a notification for the OTA release.
