According to tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce), the Galaxy Watch 6 will feature a curved glass design. That’s different from the Galaxy Watch 5’s flat screen. If this information is correct, Samsung may have taken some inspiration from the Apple Watch and Google’s Pixel Watch. A curved glass design on the edges of the screen makes the phone more susceptible to scratches, but it might also make the device more elegant.
Not much else is known about the Galaxy Watch 6, but previous reports indicated that Samsung is in talks with Chinese display manufacturer BOE for OLED panel supply. The company will likely continue using a circular OLED screen, similar to all previous Galaxy Watches.
